Dawn Schulberg – Owner
Dawn has been working in the dance industry for over 30 years and has been instructing for over 20. Dawn was the producer, director, and choreographer for several productions including; Guys and Dolls, American Pride, I’ll be Home for Christmas, Emmanuel, Journey to Bethlehem, A Christmas Carol, and Rollin’ Down the River, to name a few. Dancers look forward to coming to the studio because of her passion for dance and the enthusiasm and dedication that she brings!
Cassie Norgren-Owner/Instructor
Cassie Norgren has been dancing since the age of three. She has studied all types of dance, and is a former member of the tap company “Keane Sense of Rhythm Youth Tap Ensemble”. She has studied dance at Broadway Dance Center and Steps in New York where she received training from choreographers such as Jared Grimes, Derek Grant, Germaine Salsberg, Ray Hesselink, and Lynn Schwab. She has performed with the “Chicago Human Rhythm Project” and has taken class from great artists such as Lane Alexander, Diane “Lady Di” Walker, and Jeni LeGon. She has also had the privilege to work with the Prior Lake Players and choreographed for “Grease” and “The Wizard of Oz.” Cassie loves working with kids and enjoys watching the progress that all of her students make from year to year!
Callie Schulberg-Owner/Instructor
Callie Schulberg is experienced in all forms of dance but specializes in Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop. After graduating, she moved to New York City to train at Broadway Dance Center as an Intern. She was fortunate to work with various notable instructors and choreographers such as Jeff Amsden, Sheila Barker, Michele Assaf, Kat Wildish, Michelle Barber, and Luam. After New York, she then took an opportunity to travel to Tropea, Italy to study and perform at the Broadway A Tropea Festival where she worked with such artists as Desmond Richardson, Mandy Moore, Wes Veldink, and Jessica Hendricks. Callie is a former company member of Crash Dance. She feels blessed to be able to pursue her love of dance not only as a career, but also as a performer, teacher, and choreographer.

Cloe Thelemann-Creative Assistant/Instructor
Casey Juul-Ballet Director/Instructor
Casey is originally from the Twin Cities. He began his Classical Ballet training with the Metropolitan Ballet Academy. Casey recieved private coaching and instruction from Tatiana Berenova, former Bolshoi Principal and Prima Ballerina. After completing his training, he has danced professionally with several of the Ballet and Dance Companies in the Twin Cities area including: Ballet Minnesota, Cities Classical Dance Ensemble, Twin Cities Ballet of Minnesota, Continental Ballet Company and Metropolitan Ballet . He was also a company member of the Ohio Dance Theatre of the Cleveland area. Casey is currently the lead male dancer with the Continental Ballet Company. Casey is excited to be on staff at Premiere Dance Academy. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and love for classical ballet and inspiring and encouraging the artistic side of his students.
Tiffany Boozier – Hot Kix Director/Instructor
Tiffany found her love for dance early in life, starting at the age of 3, and trained, performed and competed at the studio, high school, collegiate and professional level. After studying dance and business at the U of MN, Tiffany began her professional career managing the MN dance retail Step ‘N Stretch stores, for over 10 years. Tiffany is the former Head Coach and founder of the Prior Lake High School Dance Team program, and along with being the Director of our Hot Kix Teams and teaching many other classes at Premiere, she is currently the Varsity Assistant Coach of the Faribault Emeralds Dance Team. Tiffany is honored to have been awarded the Dance Xtreame National Choreographer of the Year Award in 2015 and MADT Class AA Varsity Assistant Dance Team Coach of the Year 2017-2018 along with many other choreography awards and accolades over the years. Tiffany has been an instructor with us since 2001 (even before Premiere was established) and she enjoys sharing her enthusiasm and passion for dance with all of our dance families!
Courtney Elizabeth-Preschool Director/Instructor
Originally from the Twin Cities, Courtney has danced since the age of 2. From ages 4-18 she danced competitively with everything from productions to solos. She has been teaching dance for 7 years. She has been classically trained in all areas of dance, with an emphasis in ballet. She has a true connection to dance and teaching. She is currently in school to become and Elementary Education Major, in hopes to become a Kindergarten Teacher. Courtney feels incredibly grateful and honored to be a part of the Premiere family.
Kayla Tanberg-Instructor
Kayla was born and raised in Minnesota, where she developed a strong passion for dance at the age of 4. She has trained in many different styles and danced competitively in studio, high school and at the collegiate level. She was a 4-year member and 2-year captain of the Minnesota State University-Mankato Dance Team, where she helped lead her team to a National Championship title in 2016. She graduated from there with a degree in Exercise Science and pre-concentration in Occupational Therapy. Kayla is currently on the fall coaching staff at Benilde St. Margaret and is going into her 4th season coaching the competitive varsity dance team at Lakeville North High School. For the past 7 summers, she has enjoyed teaching and traveling throughout the Midwest with a dance company called Just for Kix. Kayla is very excited and honored to be going into her 3rd year teaching at Premiere Dance Academy.
Lauren Valois-Instructor
Lauren discovered her love and passion for dance at an older age than most after leaving gymnastics at the age of 10 to train at Premiere. She spent her entire career at Premiere Dance Academy where she trained and competed in many styles of dance, and gained experience as an assistant teacher and choreographer. After high school she attended the College of Saint Benedict, where she majored in nursing, and danced on the school’s dance team all four years, helping them earn their first ever national championship in the Pom division in 2013. Since graduating in 2016 with her BSN, Lauren has been working at United Hospital in St. Paul MN as a Spine/Orthopedics and General Medicine Nurse. Along with her job as an RN, Lauren couldn’t be more honored and excited to be back with her Premiere family in her 2nd year of teaching!
Aaliyah Elfstrom-Instructor
Aaliyah Elfstrom is a trained dancer in multi-dance genres, and started her passion for dance at the age of five. Aaliyah is a graduate of Prior Lake High School and will be attending the University of Minnesota. Aaliyah was a competitive dancer at Premiere Dance Academy in Prior Lake, MN competing in contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and tap. For her Freshman and Sophomore year of high school she attended the St. Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists. She has performed in shows such as The Next, Twin Cities Live, Rooted: Hip Hop Choreographers’ Evening 2014 and 2015, and has danced for 18,000 of her peers at WEday MN. Aaliyah is so excited for the opportunity to teach at Premiere and can’t wait to share her knowledge with all of her dancers!
Sabrina Goodson-Instructor
Sabrina’s passion for dance began at the age of 9. She trained in various styles including contemporary, jazz, hip hop, poms, ballet, tap, kick, and tumbling. She danced competitively at the all-star, high school, and collegiate level. During her all-star career, Sabrina was able to attend and compete at the USASF Dance Worlds in Orlando, Florida. After high school, Sabrina danced for the Minnesota State University Mankato Dance Team. Currently, Sabrina is studying Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota. She works with dancers from around America as a member of Universal Dance Association Staff and will be going into her third season judging. Sabrina is so excited to be a part of the Premiere family!
Katie Perrier-Front Desk/Office
Katie Perrier was born and raised in Prior Lake MN. Katie’s passion for dance started at the age of 8 years old when she entered her first dance class, she danced until the age of 18. She is lucky enough to have three daughters who share her love for dance. Her daughters have trained and been a part of the Premiere family for the last 16 years. Katie has enjoyed working the front desk at Premiere for the last 10 years and feels very fortunate to be able to assist all of the wonderful dancers and families. Katie has especially has enjoyed witnessing and being part of Premiere’s constantt growth and feels very grateful to part of the Premiere family!

Carolyn Rupp-Guest Instructor
Carolyn Rupp has grown up dancing at Premiere Dance Academy since the age of five. With training from ballet to hip hop and everything in between, she has thoroughly enjoyed studying and performing in a range of styles and productions as a company member of Premiere. In addition to performing and competing, Carolyn has had the privilege of working with student companies around the Midwest as a principal dancer, as well as choreographing and assisting with various projects over the past three years. Carolyn’s musical training and background have greatly influenced her performing, and she is grateful for the many opportunities in art and music that have shaped her dance artistry. She is committed to pursuing dance performance, choreography, and instruction in the coming years.
